Choir is a place for students to experience community, practice excellence, and create beauty.
In choir, students work to develop proper vocal production, vocal independence, reading and listening skills, self-confidence, professionalism, teamwork, as well as gaining a historical and cultural perspective of the music they are singing.
Parent Volunteers Needed!
I am looking for parents who would be able to help out in small ways that will make a big difference in the classroom. If you can:
- Take digital pictures at the concerts for the choirs
- Operate one of the choir video cameras
- Help out with uniform checkout night
- Come in during the school day to help measure students for uniforms
- Help coordinate the choir t-shirt sale
- Help coordinating the MS Choir singing at the MS football game
- Concert Set-up
- Pre-Concert rehearsal help
- Chaperone for a choir trip such as Choral Festival
