From new bike & hike trails, golf courses, housing startups, businesses expanding, new businesses moving in and infrastructure projects galore, the enthusiasm is off the charts.  You are to be congratulated! And probably need a vacation soon.

In speaking with a good number of mayors and city leaders, I also sense momentum for telling the world about the great things happening and rallying the citizens around the progress going on around them.  We also know now that people can work from anywhere in more jobs than anyone would have guessed two years ago.  Young people are looking at their hometown with a different perspective than before the pandemic.  Having grandpa and grandma close by, with safe streets and recreation and social events for the family is looking pretty good right now.
